Makes approximately 48 candies
1½ cups heavy cream
2 cups raw or white sugar
2 teaspoons sea salt
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Baking pan – 11X7
Wax paper cut into 2-inch squares
Cooking spray or softened butter
