Yvette Haas
Although most people would assume that my Muscular Dystrophy would limit and/or affect my art, I believe that it is my love of creating that is most influential in my life.
As a high school student, I took as many art courses as I could fit in my schedule, and took lessons with local art teacher, Fran Clem. In those years, I learned about nearly every artist medium and enjoyed experimenting with these new materials and styles.
Since graduating high school I have continued playing with my art and expanding my knowledge of artistic possibilities. I now spend my time creating my art, at home, which I currently sell at the Litchfield Farmers Market, Serendipity, The Cove Cottage, The Bantam Bread Company and through my online store, as well as a few other local businesses.
