Chef Samantha Tilley of Mockingbird Kitchen and Bar is once again our Executive Chef and has graciously offered her restaurant in Bantam, Mockingbird Kitchen and Bar, to host the dinner. Contributing chefs are Chef Carol Byer-Alcorace (Executive Chef for the summer Farmer’s Table Dinners) and Baker Barbara Mojon-Gugnoni (who has done the desserts for both the summer and harvest dinners). Those of you have attended either, or both, of these dinners know what a treat you have in store. With Sam, Carol and Barbara at the helm the food will be a delight to see, taste and smell – appealing to all of our senses. Come learn and enjoy what delicacies are available at this time of year – fresh, cold stored and put up.
