The Olive Oil Factory was established in 2000 by David Miller. His lifelong passion for exceptional food and high quality gourmet ingredients is what led him on a delicious journey to become a Specialty Foods Manufacturer. We are a family owned and operated business located in Waterbury, CT. David, Laura and Michael Miller work diligently every day to bring strikingly flavorful ingredients to every household. We adhere to the strictest quality and safety standards and are Organic certified, Kosher certified, and 3rd party audited for food safety. All of our products are manufactured locally and we are supporters of many other locally grown, produced, or manufactured foods.
Our main business is quality Olive Oil and Vinegar items, but we can help you design your own custom private label products in their entirety from recipe development to the finished packaged product. Connecticut Food Association Exceptional Products Competition 2012 Winners: Blueberry Infused Balsamic taking 1st place, Raspberry infused Balsamic taking 2nd place and Cherry infused Balsamic taking 3rd place in the Balsamic Vinegar Competition. Also our Sicilian Bread Dipping Olive Oil blend took 1st place as well as our Tuscan Herb Bread Dipping Olive Oil blend that took 3rd place in the Oil category. Located at our main facility in Waterbury, Connecticut the factory store is open to the public Monday thru Friday 9am to 5pm. |
