MarWin Farm is the result of the continuous quest of Kenny Dahill  to produce the finest culinary ingredients available anywhere on the planet.  Always non-GMO, Better than Organic (BTO) and Omega 3 fortified.  We Grow Chickens, Ducks, Rabbit, Quail, Berkshire pigs and Squab, not necessarily in that order, and not necessarily always available.We have an on-farm processing facility that is licensed and inspected by the State of Ct and the USDA and we have a commercial kitchen that is licensed and inspected by the department of consumer protection and we have a bakers license.

​Wow.. when you write it down … it seems like a lot of inspection for a one man farming operation !! no worry. I have found all the agencies that we deal with .. both state and federal to be very reasonable and in most cases …down right nice and helpful.
We produce fresh meats, Sausages, Stocks, pastas and Ravioli and much more …
