A project of LHS Future Business Leaders of America
The Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) encourages students to understand business basics. Part of what the members do is learn how to plan and execute a project successfully, while raising money for their chapter.
Litchfield High School chapter of FBLA has taken on the project of creating a dinner to celebrate the 300th anniversary of Litchfield. The dinner is called “A Founding Family Dinner” and will feature recipes from 300 years ago. The menu will include some of the favorites of the Founding Families - e.g., Thomas Jefferson’s Cream of Asparagus Soup, Martha Washington’s Beef Stew, Dolly Madison’s cornbread.
